Formerly known as SmartLink™, the updated fitness app provides tailored workout routines to help users achieve their goals. By wirelessly connecting to the Octane machine from an iOS device, users can easily access motivating workouts that are customized to their specific goals.
To get started, users can choose from a range of workout goals, including weight loss, improved well-being, increased strength, enhanced athletic performance, or active recovery. The app then guides users through a series of workouts that have been designed specifically for their chosen goal, providing a smarter and more effective exercise experience. No more guesswork or unproductive routines.
With the Octane Fitness app, users can take on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with challenging MMA and 30:30 Interval workouts. For a comprehensive exercise session that combines cardio, strength, and flexibility training, users can opt for an ultra-productive CROSS CiRCUIT® session (not available on xRide® recumbent elliptical). The app also offers instructional videos to ensure proper form for over 35 pre-programmed routines and 225 strength exercises.
For those using the Zero Runner, the app utilizes stride tracing technology to help maintain a consistent gait and cadence.
In addition, the app automatically stores all workout history and integrates with Apple® Health for easy progress tracking over time.
